Discussions focused on the first results of JACARDI pilot projects and key topics such as equity, sustainability, monitoring systems, and continuity of care. The Assembly also enabled linking JACARDI\u2019s experiences with the forthcoming EU Cardiovascular Health Plan, ensuring that technical work outcomes and national experiences can effectively contribute to shaping health policy in Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JA PreventNCD and JACARDI are sister projects that coordinate their efforts to achieve stronger, synergistic goals \u2013 supporting non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention, the implementation of best health practices, and the promotion of cross-sectoral cooperation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>W dniach 13-16 pa\u017adziernika 2025 r.
