Particular attention was given to reducing the carbon footprint, and participants had the opportunity to explore a database of over a thousand environmentally friendly recipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The importance of networking was strongly emphasized during the event \u2013 both among project partners and in the broader European context. Experience sharing, relationship building, and mutual support were recognized as key elements for further development and effective implementation of actions in the field of public food procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Medical University of Silesia was represented at the meeting by Anna Lempart-Rapacewicz, PhD and Sandra Nandzik, MSc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge, discover best practices, and take a closer look at the solutions being implemented in Copenhagen.
